Opening Meditation Prayer

 

I AM

the Almighty Presence

and Creative Essense of

God's Love and Grace.

Into that Presence I now enter.

I AM

the Mighty Electronic Energy

flowing through, filling and renewing

every cell of my mind and body

right now!

I AM thinking thoughts as

I AM speaking words as

I AM doing actions as

a conscious co-creator 

with the Creator of

All That Is

and I give thanks for experiencing

health, happiness, financial independence

and a continuous flow of prosperity.

I AM

the resurrection, the life

and the health of my body

made manifest in my flesh today.

CIRCLE OF AWARENESS PRAYER

As I step in the the Circle of Awareness

I ask to be connected to the

Light of my Soul

My Higher Self

My I AM Presence and Identity.

LIGHTEN UP PRAYER

Holy Spirit,
Allow me to see the beauty that I AM,

without and within.

Help me to love myself unconditionally
without judgment.

Your radiance manifests through me

and is present within me at all times.

My body is your temple and
a vehicle for your work.

It is, therefore, deserving of love,

respect and honor.

This day and always,
help me to honor my body,

to love it unconditionally,

and to be grateful for its service.

 

 

BLESSING BEFORE MEALS

Mother-Father God

I acknowledge that you are the air I breathe

and the food I eat.

Thank you for providing this food. 

I ask that all the

goodness in this food
nourish my body,

mind and spirit.

...and, I ask my body

to transmute and eliminate

anything that is not beneficial

to my highest good.

 

 

RELATIONSHIP PRAYER

Holy Spirit,

Shine your Light of truth

On my relationship with [fill in the blank]

Dispel all my illusions

And bring me to a state of peace. 

 

PRAYER FOR WORLD LEADERS

Mother-Father God,

We ask that all our elected representatives,

Appointed officials and world leaders

Be surrounded with and protected by

Your Light.

We ask that their every thought, word and action

Come from their Higher Selves

And serve the highest good for our

Country and the world.

Acknowledging our oneness with each other

And with all creation,

We ask this in Your Name.

And so it is.

FREE YOURSELF FROM FEAR PRAYERS:

“Holy Spirit, shine your light of truth on this situation.
Enable me to identify the thoughts that are limiting me from being
my full expression of love and to turn them over to you for transformation.”

 

“Holy Spirit, I ask to be released from this feeling of anger. 
Shine your light of truth on my relationship with [insert name here]. 
Dispel all my illusions and bring me to a state of peace.“

 

CLEANSING PRAYER

I AM now choosing to cleanse myself

and release any and all thought forms,

beings, situations and energies

that are no longer of service

to my highest good...

across all planes of my existence,

across all universes,

and across all lifetimes.

I ask that all energies that are less than love

be transmuted for the highest good of all.

And so it is.

“Holy Spirit, shine your light of truth on my relationship with [insert name].
Show me how this relationship serves as a mirror revealing areas
within myself that need healing. 
Help me heal those areas and reach a state of inner peace.“ 

 

EXPANDING TIME PRAYERS:

“Holy Spirit, I ask for clarity in completing the task that is before me. 
Help me to see the steps I need to take to finish the task.”

 

“I call upon all my angels and guides to help me complete the task that is before me. 
I ask that you help me to stay focused and energized and if necessary,
I ask that you expand time to accommodate the completion of this task.

We give thanks for this opportunity to deepen our relationship
